Step 2: Detailed Estimate

We Provide A Unique Estimate For Our Clients Which Contains the Following Information;

  • Cost Of Materials/Supplies/Labour

Step 3: Agreements & Scheduling

Prior To Beginning Work On Any Project NextGen Will Provide A Contract That Must Be Signed By All Parties Involved.

The main purpose of our contract is to formalize new relationships and outline the various legal obligations each party owes to the other.

Our contracts function as a reliable record of the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of the parties involved.

Step 4: Colour Consultation

Upon Request, Our Decorators & Designers Will Assist You During Your Colour Selection Journey.

Step 5: Preparation

  • Furniture Removal

  • Cover Floors & Apply Masking 

  • Necessary Repairs

  • Surface Preparation 

  • Wash & Wipe Down Surfaces

  • Caulking And Waterproofing (Upon Request)

Step 6: Expert Services

Once All Surfaces Have Been Prepared, Process Of Applying The Paint To Your Project Will Begin.
